Land plot cadastral (geodetic) surveys

Land plot cadastral (geodetic) surveying means surveying the coordinates of the plot boundary turning points (in the LKS‑94 national coordinate system) to determine the area, and preparing the plan and other technical documents. During the survey, buildings and installations on the plot and land‑use contours are surveyed. The plan shows objects and areas subject to special land and forest use conditions, other land‑use restrictions and easements. A land plot plan and a land‑use schedule are prepared, and the plot’s average market value is calculated.
